Site Manager - house building

£65k - £75k plus package.
We are working with a leading house builder who are looking to strengthen the team with a Site Manager, to lead on the delivery of volume house building sites.
My client operates across the South coast, but are looking for someone to run sites on the Eastern side of Hampshire.
You will be experienced in leading volume house building sites, having worked for a large plc, and have very strong communication and management skills.
You will also be up to date on all HSE matters, and promote an extremely strong culture of safe working practices.
My client has a proven track record in delivering exceptional developments, and regularly win awards to underline this. As such previous award winners will be looked upon very favourably.
Requirements:
Previous experience working for a large house builder.
Experience in leading the delivery of house building sites.
Up to date on HSE matters and driven to deliver sites safely.
Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
Construction related qualifications or degree.
The ability to present to senior management and stakeholders.
