Role Description
We are seeking a highly proficient and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment and redevelopment of a bespoke high-end residential property.

The Site Manager will be responsible for producing a comprehensive programme of work, coordinating and organising sub-contractors and suppliers, managing material scheduling, conducting cost analysis and ensuring successful delivery of the project on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed work programme, ensuring all tasks are scheduled and monitored effectively.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the client, Architects, and designers to ensure the project requirements are met and any changes effectively communicated and implemented.
Conduct cost analysis and budget management to ensure the project remains within financial targets.
Oversee quality control and ensure that all works meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and finishes.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in high-quality residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methodologies.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Solid understanding of cost analysis and budget management.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software.

Salary £60,000 per annum
We offer this Site Manager role on a full-time basis with a competitive starting salary of £60,000 p.a, which is open to negotiation based on the applicant's experience and qualifications. While we are primarily looking for a full-time candidate, we are open to discussing part-time arrangements for the right applicant.
