Job DescriptionAn opportunity has come up with an established fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Central London for a Senior Projects Manager/Contracts Director.The role would see you managing a team of Project Managers, QS’s, Site/Construction Managers and having shared resource of TSM’s, Design Management, Document Control etc. whilst reporting upstream to the Construction Director and 2x Owners. The work is primarily within the commercial office Cat A / Cat B sectors, but they have also had success delivering hospitality and other sectors due to pre-existing relationships with clients / professional teams. Project values ranging from £250,000 - £10m.Salary circa £90,000 - £100,000 + Package.
