A well-established, leading electrical install company with 7 depots covering with Nationwide coverage, specialising in the commercial sector are currently seeking a driven and keen Construction Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Grays. You will be interacting with the Top 10 Construction Companies in the UK. The Construction Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to �72K basic salary dependent on experience + Package with training

The position will include contract reviews, final accounting and submissions, account resolution and negations on final accounting. Documentation, reporting and submissions, site meeting as required, on projects up to �1m, comprising of labour and materials costs
As the successful Construction Quantity Surveyor, you will be:

• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be assisting with quoting from bill of quantities
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be assisting with reviewing contracts and tenders
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be handling, controlling and billing of work record sheets
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be identifying pricing and agreeing change
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will assist with final submission and accounts
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be Located within easy access to Grays
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to �72k basic plus package

To be successful as the Construction Quantity Surveyor

• Construction Quantity Surveyor will hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will be dynamic, forward thinking and will have a think outside the box attitude
• Construction Quantity Surveyor will preferably have previous experience in the Electrical sector
• Construction Quantity Surveyor must have a Driving License

Construction Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a basic salary of up to �72k dependent on experience + package
