Construction Project Manager

A world renowned, Global Construction & Property Consultancy is actively seeking a motivated and diligent Construction Project Manager to join their Liverpool office.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager who is eager to undertake a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including Public and Private Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Education, and Infrastructure.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The appointed Project Manager will take on a hands-on role, managing day-to-day project activities throughout the lifecycle of current and future projects.

This role is perfect for a Project Manager looking to broaden their experience in a diverse range of sectors, offering a unique chance to enhance their professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across different sectors, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

The Construction Project Manager

• Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification
• Should be accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB, or currently working towards
• Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
• Track record managing projects and delivering to deadlines
