About the Job: We're on the lookout for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee bespoke projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional client service, positive commercial outcomes, and adherence to safe working practices. From quotation to completion, you'll lead various projects, demonstrating strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in delivering quotations and projects to clients


• Oversee on-site staff and key administrative roles


• Manage internal and external project issues


• Ensure safe project delivery following H&S guidance


• Communicate regularly with directors on contract matters


• Prepare and maintain project information


• Attend site meetings and review programs with supervisors


• Manage project resources and report progress issues to directors


• Identify client requirements and ensure their satisfaction

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time


• Salary: �45,000-�50,000 per year (depending on skills/experience)


• Hours: Monday to Friday


• Management experience: 5 years (required)


• Work Location: Colchester, Essex, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in diagnosing construction defects


• Familiar with construction documents and software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)


• Understanding of CDM Regulations and H&S compliance
