The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will be immersed in the fast-paced environment of hotel, leisure, and education projects, demonstrating a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and expertise.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a consultancy setting, providing the ideal candidate with exposure to a broad range of challenging and exciting projects.

The Construction Project Manager

• 3-5 years of experience within a construction consultancy environment
• Although not essential, candidates who are on the path to becoming professionally chartered or have a keen interest in achieving professional chartership will be viewed favourably.
• Experience in hotel, education, or residential projects is highly desirable, with a particular emphasis on those who have managed residential projects previously. This experience will enable the Construction Project Manager to seamlessly integrate into the diverse project portfolio the consultancy manages.
• A proactive and dynamic approach to managing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• A strong desire to drive personal and professional development, eager to embrace challenges and contribute to the growth and success of the consultancy.
