A highly regarded Construction Consultancy in Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated and driven Construction Project Manager to join their successful team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be tasked with the management of multiple projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

• Managing projects across diverse sectors such as industrial, commercial, and education.
• Overseeing each project from initial concept through to successful completion.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Engaging closely with clients to understand and exceed their expectations while achieving project objectives.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the consultancy through effective project management.

The Construction Project Manager

• Ideally MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualified, or working towards such qualification.
• Experience in a consultancy environment post-graduation is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working on high-value projects, with a focus on commercial sectors.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to project management.
• Possession of a full driver's license.
• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
