Are you a Construction Project Manager or similar with a Full Driving Licence looking for a dynamic role within a well-established consultancy who offer a varied and exciting project workload and pride themselves on support and development of staff offering a range of opportunities to continually progress your career?

This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence nationwide with several offices. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £10m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload.

In this varied role you will be responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the retail sector (60%). You will have as you have the autonomy to lead projects as you see fit as you liaise with clients, other departments and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away.

This varied role would suit a Construction Project Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

Lead varied projects primarily within the Retail sector
Work within the PM team, and liaise closely with the cost management team, stakeholders and clients
Work on pre-construction phase
Responsible for delivery on time and within budget
Flexible and Hybrid working available
Some staying away required (occasional)
Work within a well-established consultancy who offer ongoing progressionThe Person:
