Absolute Executive Search have been entrusted to work in partnership with a prestigious Law Firm in London to source the very best talent into their growing Team.

The successful Partner will be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial quality about them, someone who wants unlimited earning potential and someone who enjoys networking and collaborating as a Team when needed.
You will already be at Partner level or a Senior Associate within the Construction sector with a minimum of 8 years PQE.
The role will cover a broad spectrum of non-contentious and contentious construction work, including:-

• Preparation and negotiation of the terms of construction documentation including tenders, letters of intent, main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties.
• Advising in respect of funding arrangements and procurement routes.
• Drafting of performance bonds, insurance arrangements and partnering contracts.

You will be supported by a dedicated Team covering compliance, PR & Marketing, Networking/Events and Secretarial support.
As a Partner you will have full autonomy with the hours that you work so you can manage your own work-life balance, whether home working or working from their London office.
