Construction Manager

As the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one project at a time and may require occasional travel. Your duties will include chairing progress meetings, overseeing health & safety and quality, and managing the project from groundworks to completion. You'll need to have knowledge of Construction Management, ideally fit out, steel, and cladding of live packages across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, industrial sheds and many more!

The package on offer includes a base salary of �55,000 - �65,000, car allowance & mileage, excellent employer pension contribution, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, and additional company benefits & perks.
