A unique and interesting project requires a Construction manager to lead an existing site team on the design and build of a major civil engineering project in Hampshire.

You will have�the benefit of working on heavy civil engineering packages, to include culverts, dam construction and large RC structures. A proven background working as either a Project Manager, Construction Manager or Contracts Manager is desirable and previous water sector experience would be favourable.

Exposure to leading project teams on schemes in excess of �20m would be a distinct advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage subcontract packages and deliver specific construction activities


• Build effective relationships with the supply chain


• Support members of the large project team, calibrate with stakeholders and the joint venture project team
