Construction Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The company undertakes multi-disciplinary projects from a range of clients and they are keen to recruit an experienced, stand alone Construction “Package” Estimator to take ownership of the Estimating process.

Projects are typically located across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire and are in the Light Industrial, Commercial and Defence sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

Working with the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for New Build Construction, Refurbishments and Interior Fit Out packages.

A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of the construction process combined with a broad range of UK Construction Package Estimating experience.

With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of £95k-£105k ( DOE) plus annual bonus, company car/car allowance, pension medical and 25 days holiday.
