Job DescriptionOur client is part of a wider group that delivers construction and public-sector housing projects across the Chilterns and Thames Valley. Ideally, our candidate would come from a Tier 1 or 2 regional contractor and has experience in delivering quality programmes, existing client relationships and a track record of building teams. You will support a talented Operations Director who will be moving up to Managing Director. Therefore, this is an opportunity to grow your role and compensation with the company over the next 2-3 years.Key Responsibilities:You will be leading a team of multiple Contract Managers, Project Managers and Site ManagersResponsible for the safe and timely delivery to quality of live projects Work alongside the Estimating team when working on compliant tender bids Manage your resources and recruitment needs to support your team and the wider businessOperating alongside the leadership board in matters of Strategy & Business Development and the wider Commercial team to report on Projects P&L and Divisions financialsIdeal Candidate:Degree qualification in Construction ManagementExperienced in Regional Contracting and Projects in value range £1m to £20m Ability and drive to progress to more senior Director Level role in future
