Construction Director

Fawkes & Reece are working with a major main contractor on the search for an experienced Construction Director to lead on a major project they have starting in Herefordshire in excess of �120million.

This is a good opportunity for a Construction Director who wants to work for a major contractor who work on large commercial/retail/MOJ and industrial schemes and have a reputation for excellent quality in delivery and performance. This is a major name in the construction industry across build and civil engineering and they are looking for a skilled Construction Director to take on the lead role for a brand new major project.

This Construction Director in question needs to be a true leader, have a good understanding of NEC contracts, someone who can drive the project along and have total control of the project. This Construction Director needs to have strong health & Safety, awareness of BIM, be on top of the programme and lead from the front.
