Construction Director - Herefordshire

Experienced, delivery focussed Construction Director required to run a major �140m new build industrial/manufacturing project in Herefordshire, working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor.

The project comprises multiple large steel framed buildings within a high security area. The project is secured and has started on site running on until hand over at the end of 2025.

Reporting to the client facing Project Director, you will be responsible for managing the cnstruction of the whole project through the construction phase with keen focus on health & safety, quality, and ensuring works across the whole site proceed on programme.

Your will manage a large team of 4-5 Project Managers, Construction and Site Managers across the packages and areas.

This opportunity is with a Tier 1 national main contractor, with a turnover in excess of �400m, with secured workload in the commercial, industrial, defence, aviation and healthcare in the broader South West.

You will be an experienced major project - Project Leader / Director / Senior Construction Manager used to running very large and complex schemes through your project teams.

Ideally experience of large industrial or similar steel framed building would be advantageous. The form of contract is NEC, so some experience of knowledge of this will also be useful.

You will be very strong on maintaining high standards for health & safety, have a working awareness of BIM, have the energy and ability to drive work through a large team.
