This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Contracts Manager to work for a reputable SME who have contracts throughout�the North West with Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers.
The�opportunity would be perfect for a�Contracts Manager with commercial construction experience or a Site Manager with experience managing contracts and looking to take the next step in their career.
Our client are a specialist SME company with over 20+ years experience in Structural Alterations�in connection with M & E Services.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and execution. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to find out their requirements

Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales

Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts

Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients

Managing construction schedules and budgets

Attending site meetings to monitor progress

Acting as the main point of contact for clients,specialists,agency staff or sub-contractors , site and project managers and suppliers

Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project

Working on-site and office (predominately based north west) however ,expected to be able to work nationwide as and when needed

Carry out direct supervision of operatives ensuring works are carried out in a safe, compliant, effective and efficient manner

Establish ,develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

You must have
Proven strong leadership skills with at least 3 yrs experience in Management in the construction industry
The ability to use your own initiative
Honesty and integrity
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong I.T knowledge
Communicate, collaborate and support Specialists ,Operatives ,Site and Office team
Hours and salary dependant on experience
