Clerk of works required - Long term position available , you'll be asked to oversee Educational Projects across the Warwickshire region , ranging from new build to extension or fit out of premises.
12 month assignment initially

Scope of Works
The Clerk of Works role is a site-based role various locations across the county , the core duty of the role is to ensure that work is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules and oversee the safe & efficient delivery of construction and quality throughout the Construction lifecycle by the Design & Build Contractor.
The client requires a suitably skilled, knowledgeable and experienced Construction Clerk of Works, to check standards of workmanship and materials and to make sure the design specifications and project deliverables are achieved.
