Configuration Manager (Engineering)

CONFIGURATION MANAGER (ENGINEERING) - BIRMINGHAM - PERMANENT - �40,750 - �61,140
ARM are working with a leading transport organisation who are currently involved with major projects and we are currently recruiting for a Configuration Manager (Engineering) to be based in their Birmingham office on a hybrid basis.
About You:
* You will be an experienced Configuration professional, either as a Configuration Manager or Configuration Controller level with significant experience.
* Your experience may include Rail, Automotive, Aerospace or Defence industries.
* You will have knowledge of baseline and requirements.
What you will be doing:
This position is working in a wider configuration team and will be working with specific contractors to ensure that their project delivery meets configuration expectations for the finished project. You will report to the Senior Configuration Manager.
This position is working using the hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home. The base is in Central Birmingham, however you may need to occasionally travel to London for meetings, but this is funded.
What you can expect in return:
The salary range for this position is between �40,750 and �61,140 per annum and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is a generous benefits package that includes pension, private healthcare, life assurance and much more. There is also a real chance of progression, as there is a number of Senior Configuration Manager roles and a more senior structure above that within configuration also.
