You will collaborate closely with industry experts, speakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional conference experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, challenges, and emerging topics- Develop compelling conference agendas that address the needs of our target audience- Identify and secure high-profile speakers and thought leaders to participate in our conferences- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conference logistics and operations- Conduct thorough speaker briefings and ensure their preparedness for the event- Oversee the creation of conference marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional content- Stay updated with industry news and developments to identify new conference opportunities- Evaluate conference success and implement improvements for future eventsRequirements:- Proven experience as a conference producer, preferably within the exhibition or events industry- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key industry trends and topics- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail- Ability to build relationships and network with industry experts and speakers- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Proficiency in using conference management software and tools- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
