The Conference & Banqueting Manager will
Oversee the operation of the meeting and event space, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
As Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will have
Experience of being a Conference & BanquetingManager or Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager.
Clear leadership and a strong sector and industry knowledge
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
Excellent customer care and focus.
Multi-site or experience different styles of operations from high volume catering through to restaurants.
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
