The hotel is currently seeking a dedicated Conference and Banqueting Manager with a high-level background to join their friendly team and assist them in achieving further success within the department.
As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will:
Be fully responsible the day to day running of the department ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved at all times
Be responsible for the conference and banqueting team including staff management, training and rotas
Be taking responsibility for organising private dining, meetings and events at the hotel
Be required to ensure that all guest expectations have been met during their meeting or event and providing amazing hospitality to their guests
Be expected to communicate with all departments and manage the events team ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.
