Job Title: Concierge & Membership Manager – Private Members Club
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: London
My client is looking for a Concierge & Membership Manager to join their private venue in Southwest London. As Concierge and Membership Manager you will deliver an exceptional service and experience for the members. The role includes showing prospective members around the venue along with signing them up whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
About the position
Meet and greet the members and guests on arrival
Deliver the highest level of customer service
Take prospective members on tours of the venue
Manage the concierge team
Help with any queries guests or members have
Take payments
Oversee membership enquiries
Train and develop the team
Ensure that financial targets are met
The successful candidate
At least 3 years' previous experience in luxury hospitality
Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
Be a strong people manager
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience with H&S
Be willing to go the extra mile
