Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Concierge to join our team on a 1 year FTC, based at an iconic media building in White City that has been converted into a luxury residence.

An ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our residents’ expectations is imperative. Our concierge team also: ensure that all parcels are logged in the system; help out during residents’ events; and make sure any requests are followed through to completion in a timely manner.

Salary: £30,500
Hours: 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts between 10am-10pm on a 4 days on 4 days off rotational pattern.

The perfect candidate will be energetic and positive, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on excellent customer service. 

Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service as a concierge within either a high-end hotel or residential environment.
