In the role of the Concierge Coordinator, your key focus will be to:
Dedicated digital, and over the telephone responses to guest enquiries and assistance prior, during and post guest stay.
Responsible for daily reconfirmation of pre booked services with guests and venues, for restaurant, transfers, theatre, tours and events etc.
Maintaining current knowledge and actively keeping up to date with openings events activities within The Langham, in London and in the UK.
Ensuring up-to-date and accurate information is shared and verified prior to communicating to guest. This includes restaurant reservations, transportation, message taking and directions, sightseeing bookings and any other enquiry / information request.
Do you have?-
previous experience of working in a Concierge within a similar environment
excellent customer services skills
