Job DescriptionPlaced by Leon has partnered with an iconic luxury womenswear brand that has dressed some of the most famous women in history.Our client is looking for an experienced Concession Manager who will be responsible for Retail & Client operations at their new concession within one of London's most prestigious Department Stores.The ideal candidate will be a prominent figure on the floor, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver the ultimate brand experience. My client really needs someone experienced in LRTW and as well as leading on CRM strategies.Responsibilities:Strong brand ambassador, representing the brand at all timesPeople focused leader - grow and develop the team focusing on KPIs and CRMGood networker, communicator and collaboratorAgile thinker with strong decision making and problem solving skillsPassionate about luxury service excellenceCalm and confident, ready to take on new challengesBusiness Priorities:Being able to drive business priorities (achieving monthly and yearly boutique turnover and quality KPI targets set by the brand), embodying a culture of consistent clienteling and exceptional serviceDeveloping relationships with Department Store ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness and recruit new clientsHave a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems, ensuring the Store Operations are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their best on the shopfloorFeedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and actions plans to elevate the client experienceSalary up to £65K plus bonus.
