Concession Manager - Watch Brand

A very exciting opportunity has become available to join a watch brand based in a London Department store as Concession Manager. You will be outgoing, fun, personable and highly commercial with a passion for retail, driving a team and achieving fabulous results.Main Responsibilities will include:Train, supervise, develop and motivate employees to achieve the goals of the store.Plan, organise and prioritise yourself and the team to ensure optimum use of available time.Monitor employees performance. Provide coaching, feedback and ensure completion of performance managementComplete full and thorough probation reviews, quarterly reviews and annual reviews.Complete all recruitment for your store team, while liaising with HRControl shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures.Accurate reporting of all administration and stock control.Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding the expectations of customers in all interactionsEnsure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary.Adhere to company policies and regulations.Person SpecificationPassion to motivate, engage and create a positive working environmentCreativity in ideas to increase footfall and conversion.Passion to develop colleagues with the ability to provide constructive and positive feedback and share knowledge in both product and customer interactionDriven to improve conversion and ensure the store and team meet KPIsDemonstrates leadership through coaching, development, ability to manage performance and strong motivational skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the emphasis on building good working relationships.Self-aware and acknowledges personal areas for improvement and development.Strong organisational and planning skills; ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines.Demonstrates initiative by generating ideas to meet targets and overcome obstacles and a personal drive to succeed.
