The Role:
As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to enhance video matting techniques. The Computer Vision Engineer will act as a link between the ML and software development teams, and you'll translate research into actionable solutions.
You’ll be involved in making sure our ML and software dev teams are working hand in hand to turn research into reality. Also, steering the ML initiatives in line with big-picture goals in a hands on technical role where you’ll be working with ML model development and deployment.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields.
Extensive experience in Machine Learning and computer vision related to image and video matting or segmentation.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch.
Proven track record of leading R&D projects and translating innovative concepts into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus:
Interest or experience in computational geometry.
Background in VFX, media & entertainment.
