Computer Science Teacher Position Available in Basildon!

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students and equip them with the skills they need to thrive in a digital world.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons that cover a range of topics including programming, algorithms, and digital literacy.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and innovate.

- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

- Assess student progress through a combination of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their development.

- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in computer science or related field.

- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for computer science education.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

- Commitment to staying abreast of developments in technology and education.
