Twenty4Seven Education is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join oe of our schools in Coventry. As a Computer Science Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the ever-evolving world of technology.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive computer science lessons that cover a wide range of topics, including programming, algorithms, data structures, and cybersecurity.

  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to explore and excel in computer science.

  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of computer science.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, providing support and challenge as needed to ensure all students achieve their full potential.

  • Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth and development.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular connections, technology initiatives, and extracurricular activities that enrich students' learning experiences.



Requirements:




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Computer Science Education.

  • Passion for teaching computer science and fostering a love for technology and innovation.

  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of computer science curriculum and assessment standards.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
