We have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas.The below job description will outline this position of: Composite Finisher Team LeaderTypically, this person will be working hands on and leading a team of up to 10 technicians and be responsible for the finishing of GRP products.HSB Technical's client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.Duties and responsibilities of the Composite Finisher Team Leader:• Checking and overseeing all aspects of the finishing process and mould tool preparation.• Lead and motivate a team of 10 to ensure that workflow and high-quality finish is achieved.• Monitor both individual and team performances and highlight any improvement required.• Creating reports to show to management to highlight areas of improvement and team progress.• Working hands on with your team and encourage them to get the best out of them.• Being able to read technical drawings and relay instruction to your team.• Attend weekly team planning meetings and focussing on scheduling and performance.Qualifications and requirement for the Composite Finisher Team Leader):• Looking for someone who has 4 / 5 years' experience within the composite industry and within a leadership position.• This would suit someone from either a marine or automotive background with focus on finishing procedures.• Effective leadership skills.• Team builder/motivator• Problem Solver• Good communicator and to get the most out of a team.This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical who have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
