Compliance Team Leader

About the role
The job holder will manage the depot quality, compliance and facilities, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
Direct responsibility for the effective management of quality, compliance, including BRC and depot facilities including all aspects of Health and Safety with a support and deputy role for the Compliance Manager as required
About you
Experience in a Team Leader role within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or logistics
Experienced in managing, developing, and inspiring teams
Team Leader experience of change and continuous improvement
Site and people Health and Safety management experience in a logistics environment
