Compliance Surveyor - Interim - Nottinghamshire - £40 per hour

My local authority client based in Nottinghamshire is currently looking to bring on an interim compliance surveyor (fire and asbestos) for an initial 6-month contract. The role is paying �40 per hour.

Duties of the role:

- Liaise with specialist contractors, ensuring all the Councils statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are achieved.
- To conduct fire risk assessments on High- Risk residential buildings.
- To monitor budgets.
- To liaise with tenants and investigate complaints.

- Hybrid working ( 2 days per week in the office)
