Compliance Officer

We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a housing association in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Officer, you will be:

Overseeing the servicing and responsive gas programmes, supporting senior management to successfully run the programmes
Overseeing engineers completing work across the heating and hot water installations
Ensure all work is in line with budgets
Overseeing the big 6 to insure the properties are 100% compliant
Qualifications / Experience:

Technical gas background
Previous experience working with domestic gas
Strong experience working with IT and data systems
Previous experience overseeing a team
Compliance related qualifications
As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
