Compliance Officer

We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3 month contract, hybrid working, flexible working hours, the opportunity to be extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.
As the Compliance Officer you will be:

• Overseeing the big 6 of compliance
• Responsible for supporting with the monthly and weekly inspections of the properties and communal areas
• Ensure that all the service and inspection programmes are met in line with statutory compliance regulations

Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience working with the big 6 of compliance
• Social housing / local authority experience
• Previous experience managing the remedial actions off the back of the fire and asbestos surveys
• Excel / Word competent

As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:

• �25 - �27 per hour
• Hybrid working
• Flexible working hours
• The opportunity to be extended
• The opportunity to be made permanent
