Compliance Officer - Water Hygiene & Lift Maintenance

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Local Authority based in Surrey to assist in recruiting for a Compliance Officer - Water Hygiene and Lift Maintenance

The ideal candidate will have a�comprehensive understanding of water hygiene and domestic lifting equipment gained by work experience and the supported a Legionella Responsible person and Duty Holder training.

What will you do in the role?

• Continuous review and management of a risk assessment inspection programme


• Implementation and monitoring of control measures


• Review, rating and development of remediation programme


• Lead on PCAF management


• Liaison with internal and external parties to facilitate compliance of water hygiene and domestic lifts


• Contract manage water hygiene and lift maintenance contractors
