Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,640 with progression to £32,760 per annum
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our office based in Wearfield, Sunderland

About the role
You will be responsible for driving and supporting continuous quality improvement across MHM through internal audits and managing quality improvement plans. You will support in achieving our Path to Net Zero delivery plan and maintain MHMs policy and procedure schedule.

About you
Our preferred candidate will have experience of working within a health care or charitable sector organisation for a minimum of 2 years, and have worked in a quality/compliance role, including responsibility for the review and implementation of policy documents coupled with the relevant qualification to support being successful in role.
