You’ll be responsible for executing the Compliance Monitoring Plan, reporting on the management of key compliance risks and the effectiveness of the business’ control framework. You’ll also manage the incident reporting process keeping senior management aware of any regulatory breaches and support the business in resolving incidents.
In addition, you’ll support the business with its Consumer Duty compliance requirements and maintain adherence to SMCR requirements. You’ll also develop and deliver Compliance training across all levels of the business.
You’ll have several years’ Regulatory Compliance experience within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations. Any experience of SMCR requirements would be advantageous, whilst excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
