About the roleReporting to the UK Head of Compliance, the Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the CFC Compliance Monitoring Programme and supporting the delivery of the CFC Group Compliance plan, while effectively managing CFC’s internal and external stakeholder engagement.
As well as creating a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme, this role will focus on tracking actions to completion using CFC’s Decision Focus software and owning the management of MI and reporting in this regard. Focusing on the scope and conduct thematic reviews, producing high quality reports to be shared with relevant stakeholders and the CARC.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager will also instruct and advice the wider Compliance team in their work on the compliance monitoring activities.
About youYou have a strong knowledge of Lloyd’s, Lloyd’s Europe, the FCA Handbook and principles, as well as UK and International regulatory requirements. The chosen candidate will have extensive London market experience, whether that can be with a managing agent, broker or MGA and experience working with delegated authority.
You will be able to build successful stakeholder relationships across all levels and show initiative to work both independently and as part of the wider team.
Professional qualifications, such as ICA and/or ACII certifications are desirable but not essential.
