Location: Lasham Airfield, Hampshire

About us:
2Excel Engineering Ltd (2EE) is a Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) for Boeing and Airbus narrow-bodied aircraft, serving the growing maintenance needs of the commercial airline industry.
Based at Lasham Airfield in Hampshire, the business delivers service-oriented maintenance to Operators and Owners, Leasing Companies and Governments.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Accountable Manager and working as part of the Compliance Team, the Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for continuously reviewing and ensuring compliance in line with regulatory requirements and procedures across all company approvals and approved/new provider locations.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Line management of Compliance Department personnel.
Development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and system, including its implementation.
Scoping, preparing, conducting and completing audits or inspections to ensure regulatory compliance, both internally and externally.
Assisting with the hosting of Authority and Customer audits.
Maintaining competence and knowledge in relation to the applicable regulatory requirements.
This is a Form 4 Nominated Postholder position under EASA and CAA Regulations.
About you:
You’ll already be working within an aviation maintenance environment, or have done previously in the recent past, with knowledge of the relevant aircraft types we maintain (B737, B757 and/or A320).
You’ll have comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 requirements and procedures, including but not limited to, the MOE and Safety Policy.
As a minimum, you will have a sound knowledge of compliance and auditing using a compliance management system, having undertaken appropriate auditing techniques and root cause analysis methodologies training.
You will also have at least one of the following:
Relevant engineering or technical degree
Aircraft technician or maintenance engineer qualification
7 years relevant experience, of which at least two years should be from the
aeronautical industry in an appropriate position
Applicants who do not demonstrate they meet the above criteria will not be considered.
In addition you will have completed and have good knowledge of Fuel Tank Safety, Human Factors, EWIS and other relevant Part 145 training.
You will also have the ability and confidence to communicate at all levels and work effectively with all stakeholders.
You will be an excellent organiser, with the ability to work on your own initiative and plan your diary effectively.
