Compliance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable General Insurance firm as a Compliance Manager, reporting into the Head of Compliance . This role would suit either an experienced senior officer looking to take a step into management, or a manager looking to take on more responsibility and a new challenge. There is the opportunity to manage a small team of analysts.
Experience/background:
- strong FCA handbook knowledge
- generalist experience across; monitoring, advisory, conduct, consumer duty etc
- line management experience is desirable
- general insurance background, ideally motor
Details:
- London based, hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
- Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 DOE
