This role sits within Risk (Conduct/Prudential) with the aim of providing expert advice on regulatory matters. There will be line management responsibility for two members of the Policy and Advisory team.
Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain highest standards of conduct and data protection
Provide SME on all conduct-related sourcebooks (BCOBS, MCOB, CONC and others)
Managing a small team
Producing MI for presentation to board-level
Skills/Requirements
Retail banking background
Experience within a Risk/Compliance function
Compliance examinations (CeMap etc.)
Team lead experience
