Compliance Manager

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable not for profit developer, provider of affordable housing and registered social landlord to appoint a Compliance Manager to join the busy property team. 

Under the overall management from the Head of Property Services you will be responsible  for management of a team including Property Services Compliance Supervisor, Property Services Gas Supervisor, Property Services Gas Scheduler

Property Services Electrical Supervisor, Property Services trade staff and apprentices, ensuring all Health & Safety property compliance relating to the performance of Property Services functions including gas installations, servicing and repairs, electrical safety,and lifts.
