Compliance Manager

TSA Surveying is working with an Energy Company to find a Compliance Manager to assist in the Retrofit Installation process in Social Housing properties.

This will be a permanent role involving travelling to sites across London, East Anglia and the South to lead on adherence to scheme delivery requirements in line with PAS2030 and maintaining necessary associated accreditations.

Your role will be to liaise with Site Managers and Installers to make sure there is no lapse in compliance by keeping up to date with the correct processes and assisting teams in staying up to date on regulations.

The role of a Compliance Manager includes:

• Overseeing Retrofit Installations in Social Housing properties


• Liaise with Site Managers and Installers to oversee the installation of Building Fabric Measures, Building Services Mechanical and Building Services Electrical.


• Being fully updated with PAS2030:2019 regulations to ensure Installers remain compliant with current standards.


• Frequent driving to a variety of sites.


• Ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information.


• Prepare PAS2030:2019 compliance paperwork for Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies every week.


• Having the technical ability to review Retrofit Installations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full UK Driving License.


• A great understanding of PAS2030 and PAS2035.


• Health and Safety training.


• Experience working under government-led incentive schemes.


• Managerial Experience.
