Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team. Join a team that designs and manufactures a wide range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions and products with their clients being some of the largest and most respected companies in the world.What You Can ExpectWork Type – PermanentLocation – Oxfordshire (Hybrid)Industry – ManufacturingSalary – £75,000Main Responsibilities as a Compliance ManagerReview SOX control evidence for completeness and compliance.Organise the collection and custody of control evidence for SOX audits.Manage SOX audits and conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance with SOX controls.Organise and manage the audit process with divisional internal and external audit.Review and standardise controls to simplify and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the controls in the shared services.Maintain routine communication, feedback, and reports to the SSC management team on the effectiveness of the SSC controls.Proactively detect ethical violations, compliance issues and implement remediation.Plan in accordance with SSC management team.Ensure that changes to governance requirements are communicated to all those affected within shared services and amongst businesses.Experience & Skills RequiredFully Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACMA or international equivalent.Current experience working in audit.Experience in a governance function or compliance role.Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley requirements and US GAAP standards.What’s in it For You?Amazing company to work for!Hybrid workingPension 6% EE, 9& ER contributions.Private medical and dentalLife Assurance.Socials events.Company car.Training & development opportunities.Annual bonusFor further information on this Compliance Manager role apply belowWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
