Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager for a global engineering and asset management business, who specialize within industrial machinery. They deliver solutions for all of the machinery and equipment it supplies, with a large number of mobile engineers throughout the UK.

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of compliance officers & engineers


• Full control of compliance Asset schedules.


• Drive and deliver KPIs for team members


• Drive innovation to enhance existing offerings.


• Geographical planning of mobile engineers.


• Manage customer relationships.


• Focusing on Health and safety, compliance related matters occurring


• Investigating and actioning incidents


• Completing health and safety, quality, and environmental audits


• Chairing and attending meetings


• Assisting in tender processes for both new and existing customers

Experience required :

• Proven experience managing a team of compliance staff


• Engineering experience is beneficial


• H&S, Quality or Environmental related experience


• Ability to influence and motivate and coach staff


• Commercial awareness


• Profit & loss


• Computer literate.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Willing to travel within throughout UK
