Job DescriptionJob title – Compliance Manager I am looking for a Compliance Manager to join a well known Pensions Insurance firm on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the firm and its people adhere to our Compliance Standards.The roleCarrying out internal 4-eyes checks and quality assuranceCarry out Compliance Monitoring activities.Design and delivery of Compliance assurance and monitoring.Enhancing the components related to Financial Crime and Market Abuse within the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.Skill and experience· Extensive experience in financial crime and market abuse risks.· Previous experience from a compliance assurance or monitoring role.· Good understanding of laws and regulations relating to market abuse, financial crime and sanctions.· Plans and prioritises effectively.
