Compliance Manager/Senior Manager

We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a
Compliance Manager
to join their team. Join a team that designs and manufactures a wide range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions and products with their clients being some of the largest and most respected companies in the world.

Location – Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Main Responsibilities as a Compliance Manager
Review SOX control evidence for completeness and compliance.
Organise the collection and custody of control evidence for SOX audits.
Manage SOX audits and conduct annual reviews to ensure compliance with SOX controls.
Proactively detect ethical violations, compliance issues and implement remediation.
Ensure that changes to governance requirements are communicated to all those affected within shared services and amongst businesses.
Fully Qualified Accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACMA or international equivalent.
Experience in a governance function or compliance role.
