Platinum Recruitment is working with a state-of-the-art private hospital located in the seaside town of Brighton that has a unique setup of a private hospital with an acute psychiatric rehabilitation floor and a care home set up for the nursing and residential floors.

Working as a Compliance Lead for our client would be perfect for someone who is looking to take on a new challenge and work with an experienced team of nurses and a company that can offer progression for your career.

Salary: £34,000

What's involved?

The Compliance Lead in Brighton will be responsible for ensuring that the company's compliance is up to date for all departments following all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to lead and support staff, and to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

• Monday to Friday
• 40 Hours a week
• 09:00 to 17:00
• Full time

Ideal Candidate

Some experience working in a compliance/nursing/care role, preferably in the healthcare industry and specific hospitals.

• Mental Health knowledge.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Familiarity with care plans, nursing, dementia, and mental health care.
• Strong IT skills
• Strong administration and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand the regulatory framework that governs the service, including the role of the CQC and its requirements
