Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Centre Officer to join our established and successful National Command and Support Centre.

Reporting directly into the Head of Compliance.

Where: Kingdom House Newton le Willows, Merseyside WA12. 

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm.

What the Role is:

As part of our Net Zero journey, we are seeking a talented Compliance Centre Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies by:

Net Zero:


  • Actively contribute to the company's Net Zero journey by identifying opportunities for carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and projects that align with our Net Zero goals.

ESG:


  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective communication and implementation of ESG policies throughout the organization.

Systems & Practices:


  • Design and implement systems to monitor and analyze energy consumption across various operations.
  • Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and support the implementation of sustainable practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies for monitoring and optimizing fuel usage, with a focus on reducing the environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to track and report on fuel consumption metrics.

General


  • Support with other compliance related tasks assigned to the Compliance Centre.

What we need from you:

Experience 


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Buisness or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability best practices.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.

Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)


  • A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
  • Other appropriate professional qualifications.
